State Pension to be linked to National Minimum Wage and based on 40 hours
Pension contributions to be tax deductable
Public pensions are not taxable income
Public Sector pensions to be capped
WELFARE
Unemployment payments to be contributions based
Welfare payments NOT to be affected by pension receipts
Entitlement to Disability benefits to be decided by Family GP/Consultant
Carer Allowance to be NOT taxable income nor determined by normal working hours and paid at NMW
Child Benefit to be at NMW based on maximum 40 hours
